Company Overview   At IUM we are proud of the precise, timely and cost-effective way we provide professional Strata Management Services to Owners Corporations throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area and beyond.

IUM focuses on the professional management of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, mixed-Strata schemes and community and company titles, and have done so since 1980 when the Sutton family first established the company.

To ensure our continuing commitment to customer service, IUM operates 13 direct telephone lines into our office, provides direct email access to our Strata Managers and uses advanced specialised software to manage our database of Strata titles.

Our Directors, Strata Managers and support staff are always accessible to our clients. We can be contacted by telephone, fax or by email, and we are happy to attend Strata meetings, either here at IUM's premises or onsite.

IUM has most recently expanded into the Sydney Central, Penrith, Mittagong, Bondi and South Coast areas and we look forward to offering our tradition of professional, quality services to the greater Sydney basin as we expand further.
