Our auditors D Featherstone & Co. of Eastwood, have provided services to our Owners Corporations since 1980, and are specialists in Strata financial accounting. Services provided include independent auditing of yearly financial accounts, compilation of Business Activity Statements, Instalment Activity Reports, registration of ABN and TFNs and the completion of tax returns.
Support for legal matters and the collection of debts are provided by ARMS Commerical Collections, and Rosemary Hall Lawyers – specialist Strata Solicitors. Additionally, from time-to-time, we consult with the Department of Fair Trading with regard to mediation, adjudication and Strata CTTT matters.
