The people behind IUM   At IUM we are convinced that the key to a successful business is a great team. Behind the IUM success story is a dedicated, experienced, professional staff working hard to ensure the well-being of your strata property.

Mr. Reg Sutton is the Principal of IUM, and has specialised in Strata Management Services since the company commenced operations in 1980. Reg is well-known in the industry having provided expertise to builders, developers, solicitors and Owners Corporations for the best part of three decades. Reg has been a member of the Institute of Strata Title Management since its inception in the mid 1980s. His leadership has ensured that IUM has focussed on the provision of professional services and excellent customer service allowing the business to grow to its current size.

Mrs. Marie Sutton, one of IUM's Directors, provides a wealth of experience having held held a Strata Managing Agent licence since the early 1980's. Marie specialises in the provision of personalised Strata Management Services to clients in South West Sydney and manages the book-keeping and accounting records for the business.

The team of Directors is completed by Mr. Jeff Sutton and Mrs. Sandra Kassem who have both been involved in the family business since 1986. As Managing Director, Jeff oversees day-to-day business operations for IUM and specialises in Business Development, attracting new clients and ensuring that internal services and technology continue to meet the needs of our clients. Jeff's extensive knowledge of Owners Corporation Insurance and Strata-related finances are invaluable in this role. Sandra Kassem provides specialist advice to our portfolio of strata plans, together with a specialised focus on debt recovery for Owners Corporations, including the recovery of levy arrears and interest.

Our team of Strata Managers manage their own individual Strata Plan portfolios on a daily basis, providing their clients with expert advice on repairs, meetings and voting, Strata Levy collection and insurance claims. Additionally, all of our Strata Managers are actively involved in the handling of all kinds of dispute related issues, including Strata Scheme mediation applications, Strata Scheme board hearings and penalty applications, along with the registering and enforcing of Strata Scheme By-laws.

Providing essential services to our Strata Managers is our experienced Support Team, providing professional word-processing, administration and accounts payable services. The support team members provide invaluable support to the Strata Management team and their clients.
