Folders Owners Corporations are required to keep Accounts, Minutes of Meetings, Correspondence and other records to properly manage the building. An IUM Strata inspection Report will provide information on Funds, Levies, Insurance, Litigation, Building Alterations and Maintenance, By-laws, Fire Orders and other relevant information to enable you to make an informed decision about your purchase.

When you buy a unit you are buying a share in a building. You become responsible along with other owners for problems in the whole of the building.
