Property Valuation Reports

3 3
Valuations A property valuation report is used to determine the market value of a
property which may be residential, commercial, industrial, rural or retail.

Independent Unit Management can provide to you a list of qualified valuers who will be able to help you with an expert opinion in a wide range of areas which may impact upon property value. An expert valuer can assist in reducing the risk associated with your next property purchase.

A valuation is required when a formal independent assessment of a property's value is needed. Some of the circumstances may be:

  • The court may require a valuation in a family law matter
  • Mortgage valuations for lending institutions for finance approval and mortgage insurance
  • Probate matters for the distribution of an estate
  • The sale or purchase of property by a public company or a superannuation fund where probity requires an arms length transaction
  • Stamp duty valuations, for example if a property is not on the open market, but is to be sold, such as between family members.

An experienced and qualified valuer will provide you with:

  1. A professional and easy to read report
  2. Accurate and informative advice
  3. The taking of special instructions
  4. Valuers are licensed and registered with the Australian Property Institute
  5. Comprehensive insurance.

Please telephone our office for a list of valuers from which you may select the valuer you consider best suits your needs.
