Jeff Sutton is IUM's Managing Director and has been with the business since 1986. Jeff is the holder of a Strata Managing Agents Licence, is an active member of the ISTM and is also a Justice of The Peace.
As Managing Director, Jeff oversees
day-to-day business operations for IUM and specialises in Business Development, attracting new clients and ensuring that internal services and technology continue to meet the needs of our clients.
Jeff is an expert when it comes to financial budgeting for Strata Plans, insurance placements, CTTT hearings & mediation / adjudication matters, along with the administration of new Strata Schemes.
